Document previews

Markdown Quick Look renders previews on your Mac using a bundled Markdown renderer. It does not upload your documents to LeftAngle Studios or a remote rendering service. Images appear as placeholders, links are inactive, and the preview’s content security policy blocks external content requests.

Analytics and accounts

The app does not include analytics or advertising SDKs and does not require a LeftAngle account. It does not send document contents or app usage events to LeftAngle Studios.

Optional purchases

The App Store edition uses Apple’s StoreKit for optional one-time tips. Apple processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. The app receives and verifies transaction information needed to handle a tip; it does not send that information to a LeftAngle server. LeftAngle Studios does not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use those details to respond and investigate the issue. Please send only information you are comfortable sharing. You may contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.

Visits to this website are separate from use of the app. See the website privacy information.
